Sign and return the Commitment Form.
Assign a hospital contact person who can serve as a liaison coordinating data flow with MHA staff.

Review the LOINC Overview and Worksheet instructions.

Complete the LOINC Spreadsheet section that says "To be completed by hospital" and return to jroland@mnhospitals.org.

Review the Data Elements.

Set up a call with Jaclyn to evaluate your hospital's current vendors. Together we can evaluate what is the easiest way to get your lab/pharmacy data to MHA. MHA has staff in place to help hospitals with this project.
