CCIR_VERSION indicates the version number (yyyy.n) of the Chronic Condition Indicator Refined (CCIR) for ICD-10-CM diagnoses where yyyy indicates the fiscal year for ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and n indicates the release number within the fiscal year. The CCIR is valid for ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes from October 1, 2015 (the start of ICD-10-CM) through September of the designated fiscal year.
