This figure shows a second example of how a state has compiled data on disparities for a report card. The figure shows the Prenatal care - Late or No Care measure from New Mexico's Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities Report Card in both 2006 and 2007. Both years are shown to highlight the change in wording from a "grade" representing how well the population is doing (in 2006) to a rating of "health system effectiveness" in eliminating population differences (in 2007).
